A Nigerian ‘Afropop’ star, Daniel Benson, popularly known as Buju ‘BNXN’ has been reportedly harassed by Nigerian police in Ikeja, Lagos.

The 25-year-old artiste claimed that he allowed some policemen into his car only for them to tear his shirt and by extension received several slaps.

According to the deleted tweet shared by Buju via his handle page, the star made it know that he spat on a policeman’s face which made him feel better.

In a video which revealed the story behind Buju ‘Bnxn’s claims, it captured moment the singer was paraded by the police round his car while dressed in singlet and trousers.

The incident was classified as police brutality as someone’s who likely captured the event could be heard towards end of the video.

The video which is currently surfacing online caused many controversies among netizens as they took to comment section.
